Download Ampps (not Xampp)
-This will help you test as a local host
-Install Ampps
-Check your ip (Go to: Configuration> Network and Internet> Status> See network properties> Locate the ipv4) Example: 192.168.100.1
-Use your php in the Ampps www folder generated in the installation path
-Use ideviceactivation.exe from libimobiledevice
-ideviceactivation activate -d -s https: //your.ipv4/name_of_your.php
